A Relaxing stay near kruger

The grounds feature very well kept gardens. The restaurant location offers lovely river views. I found the staff to be attentive, especially in the dining area. The hotel provides a calm and peaceful atmosphere. the dining was a lovely experience.
The room decor felt a LITTLE dated. Some updates could enhance the overall aesthetic

Our Chalet Garden View included prolific bird life. The room was set in a beautiful garden. I also appreciated the river frontage. The room was clean, it was newly renovated.

The hotel provides easy access to Kruger National Park's Phabeni Gate. The Elephant Experience across the river is a MUST, IT was amazing. The location on the Sabie River offers a scenic and calm enviroment.

The staff were cute and friendly. They addressed our requests with efficiency. The security service at the entrance was attentive and the staff was helpful at all times .

Breakfast included a good buffet. I found the supper was worth the price. We enjoyed the lovely setting during the dining, with views of the river. We enjoyed the Elephant Experience across the river.

The food was delicious I enjoyed the breakfast buffets. The staff was helpful I found them to be friendly. The river view from the room was very nice I could see it from my Chalet River View.
The air conditioning did not work when I arrived it was fixed quickly. There were power cuts on two days . The rooms seem a little dated to me.

i saw elephants on the mountain from my room it was quite a sight. the breakfast was excellent i really enjoyed it. i had a chalet with a river view it was excellent.
it took two hours to check in payment proof caused delays. the manager seemed to lack good human relations skills. i felt the hotel catered more to european visitors with dollars.
